Refund policy
We hope you love your Calorra candle, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and safely packed for return.
To start a return, please email us at support@calorra.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We are unable to cover return labels or pickup services at this time.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Note:
- We cannot accept returns on used candles or products damaged after delivery.
- Discounted and final sale items are non-refundable.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at support@calorra.com so we can make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order was shipped to a country in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned candles must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your return, please contact us.
